I got this TV a few months ago, so I could get my 360 and PS3 from a computer monitor. Of course I knew that TV is not always super high end, but at the end of the day I wanted to make it work for games at a functional level. To this end, this TV met all my expectations and exceeded them.

Games look good, no alcohol, easy to read fine text, and color and resolution are so nice. Compared to "other TV" Well, I would say that I sawThe colors are perhaps a bit 'faded is not as rich as any other TV I've seen. I have read of people playing with different settings to look better, but overall not something I'm the expert, or even attempted. When switching inputs, or sometimes during the filming of the game on green screen funny about graphic design at the bottom of the screen. Responding to the inputs of switching is a bit 'slow in comparison.

Film, DVD and Blu RayLook good, but more or less what I saw, to keep up with the games. I would say that the visual quality, or lack thereof, in the absence of a better way, because it is a bit 'clearer in the film, which is, as in the game. I recently saw some old films and some scenes darker and lighter clear. And 'much better than SD TV I had before, but there are notable differences between this and other decisions can be costly.

Cable TV seemsworse than my SD TV for the most part. I do not have digital or HD package (not watch TV enough to justify the cost), so most of what I had in my HD package. HD channels look great for me, but look for some reason all the other channels, just not right. I do not know if you can not find an item, the display settings of the extreme right, many of which I tried to fault or the actual programming are more apparent. A typical cable show seems a bit 'distorted and blurry to me. However, it is not so bad that I return to my previous TV.

Built-in audio is not great. Whether it's a game / movie / show is guilty or not, you will fight alone with the volume control on the time to strike a reasonable balance. I met the film, and "voice" of sound, which helps, but I have to juggle a fair amount of tape to do with the speakers. I personally am trying to get surround soundSound set up, which could eliminate the problem, but out of the box the sound is amazing. This seems to be the case for most TVs, but it's true.

Function? Now there really is not. For this price, I think it's to be expected.

Overall, this is a great TV for the money. most demanding fans, it could be argued forcefully against this TV, but I think walking to consumers for the improvement of this basic law. ForFor me this is my first set was HD too short for my computer monitor when I was much to see beyond the technology curve, this time, I'm sure there are many others like me.

Buzzing audio – BaHa22 – Wisconsin, USA
Purchased this item from Amazon at a great price. I liked everything about this TV but the audio had a constant buzzing that was louder than the regular ringing in my ears. I removed all audio sources, one by one, but the buzzing persisted. Placing the unit in Mute mode stopped the buzzing and that was OK as I used an external stystem to augment the audio. The problem there was that the mute icon stayed on the screen as another distraction. Unfortunately I can’t live with either of these Arguments. After returning to the Amazon and prefers the exchange, but only offered a refund because it was listed as unavailable. Too bad, I felt the picture was excellent and the size is perfect for my use. This would have given 5 stars if the use of sound as they should.

Sears purchased about $ 330. Basic easy set-up. If you still want to add-on device, you must understand the technical names and connections. The instructions are limited to plug-ins. Big Picture. sound for the first 30 days. Now I have the hum of the bass-type sounds such as distortion of the loudspeaker or vibration in a plastic bag. Still, worth and respect for repair. No direct speaker / surround sound, connect to other cables. Overall, the picture is much better than the old 30 "September analog channel change is slow, perhaps through the antenna. Front clip, there is often the best channels (but not the announcement:)
Ports of entry / exit is hidden and confused, but all are for our use, works great. Only an easy start the installation.

TV bought the circuit city closed its doors. It 'was satisfied with the picture and sound. But remote control is difficult to use the room. First, it should be aligned to the sensor. Secondly, the buttons are finicky. Sometimes it works, sometimes jumping into the channel of the wind. And finally, if you change the channel for a few seconds for reponds TV. It 's virtually impossible to navigate the channel without frustration. Were also reported to freeze the DVDothers. Overall it is a fairly good TV for the money but the quirks are annoying. I have a 24″ Samsung the performs head and shoulders over the Proscan.

PS: The TV is in the bedroom where my wife uses it during the day so I get blow by blow feedback on the remote.

My original antenna works with my old Sony 40 "LCD TV is fine, but could not get all ProScanChannels. HDMI and VGA ports, well, I have not tried component or composite inputs. This is a very attractive TV for the price range. Overall I would recommend this TV to someone looking for a bedroom or second TV set; but only if the price were still 9. I would not be happy with this TV as my primary set, or if I had paid any more for it.

I was one of the first customers to buy this brand HD television from Sears a few years ago.It would cut out(probably due to thermal overload)every time I went to HD channel.I called them in their main office in CA.They wanted me to send it back to them for repairs AT MY EXPENSE and same for return shipping.
I have even had sales reps from Sears tell me that they will not recommend this brand to customers.

I am a big fan and purchaser of many products from Amazon but am disappointed to see this brand of TV,s being offered on Amazon.

I think that buying this TV 9 days, and what! … This can not go back to … I unpluged and join back in. .. Thinking that perhaps it was the heat or something … The last two hours and still nothing. I lost my favorite program, "Judge Mathis" and now im really pissed … I hate this TV, I have warning signs, a couple of days ago when I played my PS3 … The screen is black … Its price much going on, of photos with HDMI cable and a great sound is fine. I bought it for their performance and space for the money, is very good. E 'was easy to configure and the picture quality is very good.
