This is our first HDTV, so we had a lot of research different HD TV, and chose the Panasonic TC-P46G15 mainly due to the excellent reviews it received. Plasma is an excellent choice for us, and we are pleased to image quality. We visited many shops and saw a series of sentences, and none was as good as the Panasonic. Some have criticized the quality of sound, but we are a bit 'dated, and as a musician, we expect to hear the sound directly fromSource, and not on us, so we're pretty happy. TV was easy to configure and easy to use – only after I called for technical assistance! We recommend it to anyone.

Big files with lots of photos of custom settings to your preferences.
Very easy to install and plug and play.
Image format by far, is simple and convenient, it turns into a format 4×3 16×9 zoom.
The sound quality on the film is good, really 5.1 Home Cinema system needs a wide range of sounds to enjoy.
46 "HDTV is great for 8-12 ft viewing distance is more than a standard room size.
THX picture quality is excellent.

Love my Toshiba TV. Use it in my camper, and it works great. Requires some 'juice more than I prefer, but it works. The speakers seem a bit 'weak when the surroundings are noisy, as it rains and you're in a trailer with canvas bunks.

Since the 19HLV87 has both a DVD player and a 19-inch screen, you won’t have to worry about connecting different electronic components in order to watch your favorite program. This convenience is matched only by its smart, stylish design.

The Value of LCD TVs
Aside from their obvious aesthetic value, LCD TVs are much more practical in the home than CRT (tube-style) televisions. They take up a smaller footprint, and thus use up less floor space in the room. Also, LCD TVs are lighter and easier to move around when cleaning or redecorating. The 19HLV87 is only 3.5 inches deep and weighs less than 20 pounds. Best of all, LCD screens use less power than CRTs and plasma screens.

This screen also has a pixel resolution of 1440 x 900 — which qualifies it to display 720p HDTV images. A built-in comb filter reduces digital artifacts produced by signal noise, making for more detailed images.

Full-Featured DVD Player
The 19HLV87 includes an integrated DVD player compatible with several disc formats: DVD Video, CD-R, CD-RW, VCD and DVD-R. This player is also DivX home theater certified, which means it display popular Internet video formats, such as DivX, AVI, and MPEG4. Similarly, MP3 and WMA-encoded music files recorded to disc will play nicely.

An interesting feature of this player is Digital Picture Zoom, which allows you to select and magnify an area of either freeze-frame or motion video.

Connections
The set has a built-in digital television tuner, so out of the box it can receive digital broadcast ATSC signals and QAM signals used by most digital cable providers. It also has a built-in 181-channel NTSC tuner, so it can also accept traditional analog signals. It is also capable of the following connections:

Audio
The 19HLV87′s bottom-mount speakers deliver stereo sound, but for those with a 5.1 surround sound system, the 19HLV87 outputs Dolby Digital and dts digital audio from the DVD player through an optical port. A front headphone jack allows you to watch TV without disturbing those around you–perfect for late-night viewing. Toshiba’s StableSound feature maintains television volume within a preset range regardless of the source signal. This is an extremely useful feature when transitioning between a quiet television program and a very loud commercial advertisement or when changing channels.

Poor choice for trailer – M. Adams – Southern California
This TV came with our trailer. It seems pretty nice (very common), running quite easily and has a good sound. If it is really bad for us is the vertical angle. If you're in a trailer, because the possibility that it is mounted high, with TV, you can immediately begin to lose quality drops as the viewing angle. The manufacturer does not concern me would be interesting to see what they have to check this. But it is with our mobile TV and is fullyunwatchable sits on one of the locations in the trailer. Stand or come to the bed for you. My negative opinion is based solely on the basis of this function, so that does not take into account the concern you, then why not. Horizontal angle of view is correct, incidentally.

Locks up and must be unpluged to be reset – N. Shields –
I bought this unit for the room because my mother coming to visit. When he arrived, was once a 14-day period for defective goods. We found just that when you change channels, fast fowarding CD, etc. The device stops and go to a black screen. He could not turn on or off. Controls on the device or the remote control does not work. If disconnected for 10 minutes, then it would work until it is blocked again. As was, for manyTrying to send a repair Toshiba, I thought I could live with it. And 'getting worse and finally I sent it back. Last night I went to FedEx to pick it up and it worked great 10 minutes before closing again. This time, even on aid unpluging hour. In general, because the restaurant, probably 20 hours total use time travel.

I bought it because I have signs that would have more problems, and Sony did not want any TV smaller. Ipaid $ 500. Although not a DVD seems to be tearing itself to pieces, and checks are always something when you press the button.

I suspect that now instead of brand TV I paid the price for brand Junker Third World with the brand, and then locked.

When I was so new that there were no warnings on the Internet. Now there are many people who have the same problem and I told the man, he returned twice itsno results!
