This Acer AT3265 has an elegant look that makes it stand out from other similar models. This TV has an incredibly fast reaction time so things like changing channels, settings and other things of that nature are really quick and easy to get done. We all know how annoying a slow response time can be when you just want to watch your favorite show, movie or game! Plus, it’s extremely lightweight so you can easily move it from room to room if you ever want it somewhere else, or if you need to bring it over to a friend’s house.

Some of the things that could be better about this AT3265 are the fact that it has no scan channel function available and no DVI input, which would be really helpful for a lot of customers out there. Plus, the remote is really cheaply made; which is very shocking because Acer typically is a really reliable and respectable brand. I’m not sure why how they missed this detail; it’s almost as if they didn’t’ have time and they were rushing to start selling. I would expect much more from this brand.

Their Customer service isn’t all that great, which is extremely upsetting. It seems to me that companies are so focused on making their products how they want them that they forget how important customer service is. Many people have been complaining about being on hold for long periods of time; causing unneeded stress, especially when you’re dealing with a simple and easily resolved issue.

This Acer AT3265 has its issues, as does any device in today’s fast-past world but overall it’s a wonderful buy. The price is great, it has plenty of capabilities and it’s from a trusted brand. Now would be a great time to look into purchasing while this sale is going on. In my opinion, the complaints are nothing compared to all this TV has to offer. If I needed a new one, I would jump at the chance to buy one for my bedroom.

- Product comes with 10 free replacement ear tips so you won’t have to worry about buying more. I know someone who has these and they have used the first pair for a very long time. I don’t see how anyone would ever use all 10.

Cons

- Warranty only covers 90 days. After that, you are charged shipping and charged for the replacement device.
- Not compatible with many digital TVs, so it is a good idea to talk to the person you are buying from to make sure your TV is compatible. There’s nothing worse than getting home with a new product to realize it doesn’t even work.
- Many people have complained about the customer service. Apparently, many of the reps are rude and don’t seem well trained. Reports say this is a newer company and are just concerned about making money. They don’t pay their employees well or treat them well, so apparently they don’t feel the need to go out of their way to help. This upsets me and is why I have personally never bought this product for anyone in my family.
- People commonly have reception issues with these, causing things to sound distorted.

For the price, I would say these are worth it. They may have their issues, but they are very helpful for people who have trouble hearing. There are many people who call this TV Ears 2.3 their “lifesaving” device. It’s something definitely worth looking into.
