Even against a wide variety of television before I came across this monster plasma. It was the image clearer and better defined. The colors are green and vibrant, the entire image is three dimensional! There is much talk of what is best, but decent enough to go to a store and see this thing, and we speak for themselves. Blu-Ray movie looks like a dream on this set. I watched a couple cartoons, and the whole experience mind blowing!

I have problems with what to buy for our home theater TV system. I reduced the TV, Pioneer 60 "KURO, or the Samsung 57" LN-T5781F. We liked the Samsung, the contrast ratio of 500,000:1, which makes it really pop TV, but it was little more than I wanted to spend. Finally, we have this TV from Best Buy after Best Buy price matched Amazon and threw in some extras. TV is a pain to get home if you can not deliver at home with Best Buy. It would not be appropriate in our Tahoeso we had to trailer home in the car. Once home, I had to help, so heavy as a bit 'its (the box weighs 180 pounds and is moving to get to wear bulky). I paired this TV with a Denon AVR-2308CI receiver and watched some movie for you test. TV looks absolutely fantastic in our home theater area.

We bought this TV because the image quality is better than the Sony Wega. And 'perfect in our entertainment center, JVC and Sony have large speakers on the side, it is impossible for them installed in each center to keep the 32 "TV for you.

Specifications

Panasonic’s 32-inch HDTV-ready CT-32HL44 television provides state-of-the-art picture quality thanks to its innovative Tau PureFlat picture tube, which is perfectly suited to deliver outstanding home theater performance. It’s compatible with both 1080i/480p HDTV displays, and it features a motion-adaptive 3D comb filter, selectable 16:9 viewing mode, progressive CinemaScan (3:2 pulldown), digital velocity scan modulation, and dual-tuner picture-in-picture.

Two-tuner picture-in-picture with split-screen display lets you view two programs at once by dividing the screen in half down the middle. Each program is shown at full height, with one program on the left side and the other on the right.

Progressive CinemaScan (3:2 pulldown) provides faithful reproduction of film-based materials. DVD mastering introduces a common distortion when adjusting 24-frames-per-second movies to 30 fps video; Progressive Cinema Scan digitally corrects this distortion, removing the redundant information to display a film-frame-accurate picture.

The motion-adaptive digital comb filter prevents any two lines with different colors from being processed together in the comb filter at the same time, minimizing any “hanging dots” in the image. With digital velocity scan modulation, advanced circuitry along the neck of the CRT senses shifts from black to white in the video signal. The black and white portions of the signal are sped up and slowed down, respectively, resulting in improved transitions.

This set has a built-in 181-channel tuner, though you’ll need an optional HDTV tuner to receive high-definition broadcasts. The two built-in speakers (15 watts apiece) provide simulated surround sound and BBE high-definition audio enhancement, which helps restore the dynamic range of musical passages to help provide a more natural sound.

The CT-32HL44 has 4 composite A/V inputs (1 front), 3 S-video inputs (1 front), 2 component-video inputs, 1 RF, 1 headphone jack. It adds an HDMI connection, providing high-quality, uncompressed digital audio/video signal transmission.

Aspect ratio: The aspect ratio refers to the shape of the video image. Traditional television has a 4:3 aspect ratio, which is almost square in appearance. Digital television has either a 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio. A 16:9 aspect ratio is widescreen and appears rectangular, which looks more like a movie screen, filling more of the viewer’s field of vision for a more lifelike viewing experience.

This is our first HDTV, so we had a lot of research different HD TV, and chose the Panasonic TC-P46G15 mainly due to the excellent reviews it received. Plasma is an excellent choice for us, and we are pleased to image quality. We visited many shops and saw a series of sentences, and none was as good as the Panasonic. Some have criticized the quality of sound, but we are a bit 'dated, and as a musician, we expect to hear the sound directly fromSource, and not on us, so we're pretty happy. TV was easy to configure and easy to use – only after I called for technical assistance! We recommend it to anyone.
